Pragmatism and Precision

Swinging from one extreme to the other doesn’t get us where we want to go.  Building plans we can’t implement is a disservice to our teams and the communities we serve. So we take the longer road to build solutions that are pragmatic and precise.

Equity Orientation

We live within a deeply unjust context so our work must be reflective of the worlds we’re building. Rooted in intersectional feminism, we commit to be holistic and strategic in practicing more liberated ways of being and doing. We rise to the complex challenges on the path towards equity and justice with humility, vigor, and optimism, alongside our clients.

Reflective Practice

We are committed to reflective practice that anchors us to our values and catalyzes creative solution building. We challenge white supremacy culture by shifting away from perfection, towards grounded, wholehearted and deeply principled practice.
