1. In your own words: What does your organization do and how is your work liberation building? Tell us what it means to you.

2. What interests you in donor organizing? If you’re currently donor organizing, describe your program and what you’d hope to gain from participation in DODI.

3. Why is now the right time for your organization to start (or advance) your donor organizing?

4. The cohort will be made up of pairs of leaders from each participating organization. This could be staff, board members, or even dedicated volunteers or supporters. Who from your team will join? Share a few sentences introducing each person and their connection to your work. Be sure to include how much time each person plans to dedicate to launching a donor organizing campaign in the coming year.

5. The DODI will facilitate learning and conversations about racial capitalism and its connection to fundraising. How do you currently understand racial capitalism to be connected to the core issues your work addresses?
