Our Founder and Principal Consultant:
Ray Martinez, MSW, (they/them) has spent the last 15 years stewarding projects that empower individuals and groups to take liberatory action. They’re endlessly curious about how to spark and sustain the conditions needed to transform ourselves and our world towards wholeness and shared humanity. They support nonprofits, foundations, and businesses to build their capacity to embody social transformation through projects that achieve short term goals while building long-term culture on teams. Ray activates their broad experience in grassroots fundraising, racial and economic justice education and organizing, violence prevention, and transformative program development to support organizations of all sizes.
